Shirt Condition
Stainable Ink. sources high-quality t-shirt blanks that otherwise would have gone to landfill and we pride ourselves on the quality of shirt we have been able to reliably provide.
Most of our shirts were never handled by a consumer — never worn, never washed — from factory, to box, to someone’s warehouse, to probably another warehouse, to our inventory. That is a truly amazing thing (also deeply concerning).
Some have been sourced second-hand.
All of these shirts have been inspected multiple times over for signs of wear, thinning, pin holes, pilling, stains, fabric composition, and seams coming undone.
If you think we missed a defect in one of our shirts, we definitely want to know and will give you a refund for any offending shirts. And this refund does not expire, since sometimes you won’t get through every last shirt immediately.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
